Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services provided by ESSY Labs (Lukas Zimmermann) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Lukas Zimmermann, Clara-Schumann-Str. 15, 74889 Sinsheim, Germany.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital products (software, Shopify Apps) and services.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation via e-mail or by delivering the goods.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
